Why PR is so important for Rotary?

Jennifer E. Jones We have already used, in several of our RCTI club meetings, a remote connection via the internet (using Skype) to allow one of our members on international business travel to attend our meeting anyway. On Tuesday, February 12th, we will innovate a bit further by having a remote... presenter!

Jennifer E. Jones from RC Windsor-Roseland, Ontario, Canada will tell us, remotely, Why PR is so important for Rotary. Jennifer Jones is a Past District Governor and has extensive knowledge and experience on that topic, since she is the vice-chair of the Rotary International Communication Committee, a member of the Strengthening Rotary’s Brand Committee, and the Moderator of the 2012/2013 RPIC/RC training seminar. She has served as the North American Coordinator of the RPIC (Rotary Public Image Coordinator) team, training leader, seminar leader, president’s representative, and convention promotions member. Outside of Rotary, Jennifer is the CEO of Media Street, a television production company in Windsor, Ontario and is a passionate traveler, for adventure as well as for volunteer work.

As a young club, we certainly have a lot to learn from this presentation by a Rotarian with so much experience in Rotary International central organizations. Hoping to see many of you in Plevna to welcome and listen to Jennifer!
